President/Owner Skip Farrell and
General Manager Denny Johnson
Farrell Vending was founded by Skip Farrell in October 1995 with the purchase of Patrick’s Vending, a vending company that had been in business for over 50 years.
The company quickly became one of the leaders in full line vending in Vermont. From modest beginnings, the company tripled in size by 1998, due in large part to the acquisition of Middlebury Vending, another long standing member of the Vermont vending scene. Since that time the company has continued to add customers and service territory. When Canteen Corporation decided to close their South Burlington branch in 2001, Farrell Vending took over those customers. In the process, Farrell Vending became a Canteen franchisee which opened up a new frontier for nationally branded foods.
2005 saw more major growth, as All Season’s Services, the successor to Colonial Vending, closed their Vermont operation, selling it to Farrell Vending. 2005 also saw the construction and opening of our state-of-the-art culinary center. This allows us to provide our customers with the highest quality fresh sandwiches and entrees. 2005 closed with the merger with Market Time Vending.
Farrell Vending in 14 short years has found itself the leader in Vermont’s full line vending business. Our customers include, major education institutions, shopping malls, office buildings, and too many more to mention. The future is very bright.
